1. Über ShapeJourney

ShapeJourney („wir“, „unser“, „uns“) ist eine Fitness- und Körper-Tracking-App, mit der Nutzer persönliche Körpermaße, Fortschrittsfotos und damit verbundene Gesundheitsdaten erfassen, speichern und visualisieren können. Die App dient der persönlichen Wellness und ist kein Medizinprodukt oder Diagnosewerkzeug.

2. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein, um ShapeJourney zu nutzen. Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos bestätigen Sie, dass Sie dieses Mindestalter erfüllen und alle Angaben wahr und aktuell sind.

3. Kontoregistrierung

Für bestimmte Funktionen müssen Sie ein Konto anlegen. Sie verpflichten sich:

• Bei der Registrierung korrekte und vollständige Angaben zu machen.
• Ihre Anmeldedaten vertraulich zu halten.
• Uns unverzüglich über unbefugte Nutzung Ihres Kontos zu informieren.

Sie sind für alle Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto verantwortlich.

5. Gesundheitshinweis

ShapeJourney bietet nur informative und analytische Tools.

• Die App diagnostiziert, behandelt oder verhindert keine medizinischen Beschwerden.
• Konsultieren Sie vor gesundheitlichen, ernährungs- oder sportlichen Entscheidungen immer einen qualifizierten Arzt.
• Alle von ShapeJourney bereitgestellten Informationen dienen nur zu Bildungs- und Motivationszwecken.
• Wir haften nicht für Verletzungen, Gesundheitsprobleme oder Folgen durch Nutzung oder Missbrauch der App.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

ShapeJourney may offer free trials, one-time purchases, or paid plans.

• Prices and payment methods are shown in your app store region.
• Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
• We may change pricing or features with prior notice.
• If you disagree with updated terms or pricing, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in ShapeJourney (designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by ShapeJourney and protected by international copyright laws. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, measurements, or personal data you upload. By uploading content, you grant ShapeJourney a limited, non-exclusive, and secure license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use ShapeJourney for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Upload offensive, obscene, or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.
• Share, resell, or distribute ShapeJourney without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep ShapeJourney available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may occasionally limit functionality. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

• ShapeJourney is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We make no warranties regarding results, accuracy, or reliability.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app message before they take effect.
