These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShapeJourney mobile application (“App”), website, and related services (“Services”). Please read them carefully before using ShapeJourney.

By downloading, accessing, or using ShapeJourney, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About ShapeJourney

ShapeJourney (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a fitness and body tracking app that allows users to record, store, and visualize personal body measurements, progress photos, and related health data. The app is designed for personal wellness tracking and is not a medical device or diagnostic tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShapeJourney.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

• Any information provided by ShapeJourney is for educational and motivational purposes only.

We are not responsible for any injury, health issue, or outcome resulting from the use or misuse of the app.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

ShapeJourney may offer free trials, one-time purchases, or paid plans.

• Prices and payment methods are shown in your app store region.

• Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Refunds follow each store’s refund policy.

• We may change pricing or features with prior notice.

If you disagree with updated terms or pricing, you may cancel your subscription or delete your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in ShapeJourney (designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by ShapeJourney and protected by international copyright laws.
You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, measurements, or personal data you upload.
By uploading content, you grant ShapeJourney a limited, non-exclusive, and secure license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use ShapeJourney for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Upload offensive, obscene, or misleading content.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App.

• Share, resell, or distribute ShapeJourney without permission.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep ShapeJourney available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or external factors may occasionally limit functionality.
We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

• We make no warranties regarding results, accuracy, or reliability.

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app message before they take effect.
